Pleasantville Community Scholarship Fund Mission Statement

The Pleasantville Community Scholarship Fund provides assistance to scholastically worthy and financially needy graduates of Pleasantville High School and Pleasantville residents attending other high schools to assist them to attend institutions of higher learning or professional training and to raise the necessary funds to render financial assistance to the greatest number of qualified persons.

SCHOLARSHIPS FOR PLEASANTVILLE'S GRADUATING SENIORS SINCE 1947

Established in 1947, the Community Scholarship Fund of Pleasantville helps Pleasantville High School graduates and Pleasantville residents attending other high schools start the next stage of their education.

Thanks to the generosity and support of community members and businesses, we are able to award scholarships to graduating seniors. Last year nearly fifty students were recipients of more than $45,000 of grants we provided.  It really is all about them - the kids, their high school achievements and their financial need. In these difficult times, more than ever, we need to make sure we help support their future success.
